Rylee Grace. She turned 4 this summer, June 27. She will be going to preschool on the 8th of September and is way excited.

I am loving the sepia! My friend came over yesterday to take family pictures. Of course, this is my luck, Eric got called into work. So, she just took some pictures of the kids. They turned out adorable. We took them in our back yard. I'll make sure I post them in color too!

My little girls. LOVE IT!

Here is my BIG MAN, KOVAI JAY. He turned 2 on July 17. He's a terror, but we all love him and I wouldn't trade him for anything! He is very brave and he'll try just about anything so I have to constantly be ready for what he has in store for me.

KYRCEE FAY, she'll be 6 on October 2. Wow, did I just type 6? That's amazing how time flies. It seems like we've been up in Alaska for a very short time...........Kyrcee turned within a month of us being here. She went to Kindergarten this year and is loving it. She is a huge helper at ho me and loves playing with friends.

My Little Boy is 2 years old! WOW how time flies! Not really caring what he has for a cake, at this point anyways, I decided to do Lightening McQueen. He LOVES cars. He can make anything a car. From a DVD case to a marker, and from a shoe to his sister's snuggly blanket. This boy has an imagination!

We had the Petersen's, McCubbins, and the Sanborns. Grandma and Grandpa Siddoway were here also. We celebrated his birthday a few days early so that they could join us for the celebration!

He got tractors, dinosaurs, and tools! Building blocks and balls.

He was a very happy boy with all of his new toys!
We love you Kovai!
My girls are quite the "Alaskan Girls". There isn't anything that these girls won't do..........even kiss a spawned out pink salmon! They are living it up!

Don't those blue eyes just capture your heart? They are here saving grace in most cases!

Kyrcee is quite the fisher girl. She is in heaven when she snags a fish.

Kovai and his Barbie fishing pole. I know, I know, he needs something tough. He doesn't care and so we don't care. He loves throwing his line out and reeling it in. Thank heavens daddy only puts a spinner on it and no hook. We have all been hit at least once by his mad casting skills!

My little Sovi Jane is such an ANGEL. She's perfect in every way! I love her so much! I love all my kiddos'. At this age, they are so innocent, and do nothing wrong!

O.K., I'm sure you want an explanation.......This cute little boy has gone potty about 3-4 times. He feels like such a big boy, and I must admit...I'm pretty proud of him. Not getting my hopes up because I heard boys are harder than girls, I don't push it too hard with him going. I mention to go potty and if he's excited great! If not, oh well. I'll ask again in a few minutes. So, he had just gone potty and was parading around the house with the toilet on his head, as a hat. He was pretty proud of his new invention and pushed it a little too hard. I was, at the time feeding Sovi. I have a thing that if it's not an emergency (house burning down or someone is dying) than I do not interrupt Sovi, for that is a me and her time. I didn't see this as an emergency, some of you might. He had this contraption around his neck for probably 20 minutes! I had to make sure I was done feeding Sovi and snapped a few pics before I would cut, yes I said cut, this off of his neck! Bless those Boys...............we have to love them!

The girls thought they would be big Helpers and get Kovai in some pajamas. They were pink and white polka dots! He insisted on wearing them.
We went outside and he got soaking wet. He threw the biggest fit ever because we had to change him..........into another one of sissy's of course!

He doesn't really have too much of a choice in some things........he's trying to grow up with 3 sisters!

My little girl, ready to go to Kindergarten! We couldn't get to the school fast enough for her. She was so excited! (her excitement made it a little easier on mom).

I almost made it out of the school without the tears. She is so ready for school and to "grow up".

The conversation we had with her last night was a little hard. Telling her that there are just some people in the world that are mean......She will have someone tell her that her shirt is ugly, and her shoes are stupid. She will have someone tell her that her hair looks dumb. I was dumbfounded at her response.

"It's o.k., I'll just ignore them."

Oh how I hope that it is that easy for her. She also informed us that she could compliment them in some way, to show them that they can be nice to other people.
WOW! That's my girl! On the other hand, we told her that she would meet some amazing people. Find new friends and that she would love her teachers.

I am so excited to see her put things in action. Eric and I have taught her for the past, almost 6 years, how to treat people. Using manners, complimenting others, sharing, good communication skills. We have taught her who she is and what she stands for. We have built up her self-esteem and taught her that just because someone is "a little different", it's o.k......we can be friends with them too. We've taught her to include people in playtime, it's never fun being left out. We've taught her how to love. All of this teaching, and she now she can use it. She can use those skills and knowledge to learn, to meet new friends, and to succeed! We love you Kyrcee!

The 'little monster'

You have to know this little boy to understand the meaning of "MUD". This boy could find water in a desert, and mud in Buckingham Palace. Withing seconds (not exaggerating) this boy needs changed from head to toe. We bought him some rain gear....jacket, pants, and boots. He loves crawling out of his pants and his boots are a little big. SO, daddy came up with a plan...DUCT TAPE! He duct tapes his pants at the top and then tapes his boots on. It really works!

This little boy is 'King of the World', at least mommy's world. He crawls and climbs, and jumps, and bumps anywhere and everywhere. He has the bruises to prove what a tough boy he is. One of his things to do when music is on and playing is to get up on the table and dance. He is so stinkin' cute that mommy can't get mad at him. (FYI-the girls were not allowed to do this at that age)

Gracie's First Day of Dance!

Gracie has drove us crazy for the past two years because every Monday, we would take Kycee to dance and Gracie would be in tears because she couldn't dance like her "sissy". Now it is her year to show off her moves. She loves to go to dance and looks forward to every Saturday. She practices at home and she loves her teacher Ms. Tracy.

First Day of Preschool!

Kyrcee was so excited to start preschool. She is doing awesome and is already learning to read. She is one smart little girl.

Gracie wasn't to sure about going through a day without her sister. She does pretty well and her and Kovai are getting along really well together.

Kyrcee's FIVE!!!

Grandma and Grandpa Siddoway got Kyrcee this EASY BAKE OVEN for her birthday.

We do a lot of baking in it. Huge hit mom and dad!

Eric and myself got her another American Girl doll. She loved the one that Grandma and Grandpa Siddoway gave her last year for her birthday. Kyrcee new that "KIT" needed a friend. So we got her JULIE.

Julie, Kyrcee and Kit. Kyrcee is talking to Grandma Siddoway and telling her about her birthday.

We had a birthday party for Kyrcee. The Petersen's, Howard's, McCallister's, and McCubbins came and had cake and ice cream with us.

This is her cake. It has quite the story. If you're really interested, I'll fill you in....or when I have more time, I'll update this blog with more info.
